Rabbit LLC) (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (Terms).

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Jade
Rabbit Acupuncture for appointment reminders and conversational two-way
communication related to our services, location, parking and hours. Message and Data
Rates may apply.

Providing Your Telephone Number and Notification Obligations

Message Frequency

You will get more than one message from us unless you opt-out, and while messaging
frequency varies, you will likely receive up to two messages per scheduled appointment.

Jade Rabbit Acupuncture reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time
to increase or decrease the total number of messages. Jade Rabbit Acupuncture and
carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.

Cancellation/Opt-Out Instructions
